FREE Buy & Pickup

This service is available 7 days a week and is absolutely FREE of charge, IN SELECT AREAS & ITEMS. You can buy online and have your order ready and waiting for you to pick up from a store/Pickup point or from our warehouse near you.  

Here’s how ‘Buy & Pick Up’ works:

Step 1 - Buy Online

Items that are available for ‘Buy & Pick up’ will have the ‘BnP’ batch on them. WHERE AVAILABLE, place your order online by 10pm on any day of the week and your order will be available for pick up from your selected Pickup point from 12noon the following working day or on a working day of your choice (up to 14 days later).If you place your order after 10pm, the earliest time it will be available for pick up is the working day after tomorrow (i.e. an order placed after 10pm on Saturday will be available for pick up from 12noon on Tuesday OR an order placed after 10pm on Tuesday will be available for pick up from 12noon on Thursday).

Whichever item you buy, we will send you a confirmation text message and/or email when your items are ready for pick up.

The Buy & Pick Up service is currently only available for some items and in select cities/locations, not all items online at Therefore, we suggest you check the individual product pages to see whether the item is available for this service.

Step 2 – Pick Up in Location

When you arrive to Pickup your order, please go to the reception to pick up your order or simply ask a member of staff. Don’t forget! When picking up your order please bring the following with you:

1.     A copy of your confirmation of dispatch, OR ready for pick up email, OR your ready for pick up text message.

2.     The card that you used to purchase the items, or photographic ID (a Driving License OR Passport, which must correspond to the identity of the purchaser).

3.     If your order contains age-restricted product (e.g. alcohol), then you must bring proof of ID. If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 18 please do not be offended if a member of staff asks you for proof of ID to establish that you are over 18.

If you would like someone else to pick up the order on your behalf, they must bring both the above to the store desk, plus your written permission.

If,for any reason, you are unable to pick up your order when it’s ready, please contact August Wish to arrange an alternative date for pick up. But, don’t worry; we will keep your order for seven (7) days from the date you made the order.

After this period, you will be contacted and offered the opportunity to extend the pick up date or to have a refund via your original method of payment. Where available, orders purchased using an August Wish® eVoucher will be refunded in the form of eVouchers. Where eVouchers have been used as tender for an order (whether in whole or in part), any item that is automatically returned within that order will be refunded first in eVouchers to the same value that was originally spent in Vouchers. Any remaining balance will then be refunded to the payment card (if used).
