How do I pay for my order?

You can pay easily using your MasterCard, Visa, Interswitch and Verve debit or credit card. Internet Banking is also available.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is 2 - 7 days starting from the day of order confirmation, excluding shipping time. The day of dispatch will always be communicated to you.

 

Do you deliver to my City?

We currently deliver nationwide,except to some parts of the north for security reasons. We will keep you posted if anything changes. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you withinthe delivery time communicated, emergencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. What is the ‘Wish-full thinking’ discount?

The ‘Wish-full thinking’ discount is a special, non-stop, sometimes unbelievable offers to all our esteemed customers that rewards you with automatic discount for making up to ₦15,000 in one order. Once the items in your Goody Bag total ₦15,000 or more, you automatically qualify for the ‘Wish-full thinking’ discount!

We advertise a ‘Wish-full thinking’ discount rate each week, which could be anything between 5% to 50% discount!

 

 

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once you pay for your order, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address that is associated with your August Wish account.

The email will contain details about your order such as the order number, the item(s)you have paid for, and the current status of the order.

 

How do I make Wholesale order?

Any Order up to ₦60,000 (Sixty thousand naira) is automatically detected as a Wholesale order/ buyer on the website and you will get ‘Wholesale discount’ (Wholesale prices) during check out.

If you need to make an order up to ₦100,000 (One hundred thousand naira) please contact us directly for even better prices.

 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Login to your account or click on "My Account" if already logged in, to open your August Wish account. Click on “History and details of my orders” to view information on your recent orders, including their statuses.

 

Are there any shipping charges or any additional hiddencharges?

Where shipping charges are applicable, it will be clearly written. There are absolutely NO additional hidden charges once you have checked out and paid for your order.

We provide free delivery only for purchases made within the cities and locations advertised. Unless advertised, delivery is not free.

 

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

Confirm it is really the chosen product on the site.

Once you receive your order, check the body of the product for any breakages, cracks,scratches or chip-offs.

Once the product is delivered, you sign the Proof of Delivery (POD) form and our delivery team leaves your location, we will not be liable for any damage to the product (s) thereafter.

 

What if I have received a damaged product?

Can I return a purchased and delivered product?

YES.Please check our Return & Refund Policy for conditions.

 

Do you have a catalog?

Our inventory changes every single week, therefore we currently do not offer a printed catalog. All of our products can be found on our website with quality HD pictures, price and description. Everything you need to know is right at your fingertips.

 

Do you have physical store?

Augustwish.com is an Ecommerce online store with a large warehouse distribution facility. We will also be opening distribution centers across the country, to improve our distribution for your convenience.

The distribution centers will be communicated to you as they become available.

These distribution centers will also double as Buy & Pick up locations and stores, so you can walk in and buy something (an item you saw online perhaps; even if it is not available in that particular location at the time, can be made available within 24 hours if you place an order for it.)

 

What is Buy & Pick up?

You can buy online and have your order ready and waiting for you to walk in and pick it up from our store/Pickup point or warehouse near you. You can also buy stuff while you are there. It’s a win win!
